My stay at this hotel was overall fantastic. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped with a small kitchen area, and extremely comfortable. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for both business meetings and exploring downtown Des Moines. Though the dining options were a bit limited, the included breakfast was excellent. The facilities were clean and convenient, making my stay enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. On the positive side, the service was excellent with very friendly and accommodating staff. However, the room felt more like a studio apartment than a traditional hotel room, and the immediate surroundings were not the most appealing with ongoing construction and closed-down businesses nearby.
